Headquartered in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico UBM Engineering has been providing mechanical services and engineered equipment solutions to all pharmaceutical, general manufacturing, power, hospital, institutional, food & beverage, and commercial industries since 1999 in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean basin. Experienced graduate mechanical and electrical engineers are available on our staff to assist contractors, engineers, engineering firms, and end-users in equipment selections, installation planning, layout, permitting, project supervision and execution.

We provide engineered turnkey solutions which vary from automated pump systems to entire mechanical rooms including design recommendations, installation and service for equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumping systems, engineered packaged systems, controls, etc.

UBM is exposed to a great variety of problem conditions that occur in HVAC and process equipment of all manufacturers, enabling us to provide innovative solutions pertaining to the resolution of design and equipment issues that limit performance.

Our factory trained field service personnel provide design input to ensure serviceable units, input not often available at the equipment manufacturer’s facilities.
