Chemical Cleaning- Water side scale is the single most costly condition on any heat transfer unit. UBM Chemicals remove all the scale on many utility equipment such as boilers, cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers, and piping. Our chemicals are drain and skin safe, and are the first chemical ever to be approved by the US Navy and Nuclear plants across the world.

NDE- UBM provides Non Destructive integrity testing (NDE) of all types of steel, cement, polymer, and wood vessels no matter what size or shape.

Combustion analysis and adjustments. Our factory trained technicians have the most sophisticated analysis equipment to assure near perfect combustion and efficiency of any fuel fired burner.

Installations- UBM can provide installations for most mechanical equipment. UBM also specializes in turn key installations of boiler room equipment.

On Site Rebuilding- In order to tackle an aging boiler population. UBM offers on site boiler rebuilding and refurbishing. We will work with the owner to assure extended life spans of up to 25 to 50%.
